ACL FAMILY OFFICE NEWSLETTER
TRADE THE MOVE. NOT THE NOISE.

Catalyst-driven options research for traders who want a clearly defined position, a legitimate reason for entering, and a plan for managing the complete thesis.

WHAT WE TRADE
We focus primarily on highly liquid stocks and ETFs with active options markets and the potential for meaningful movement.

Our opportunities may be driven by:
• Earnings and corporate events
• Economic reports and Federal Reserve decisions
• Product announcements and industry developments
• Technical breakouts or breakdowns
• Volatility expansion and major sentiment shifts
• Other identifiable market-moving catalysts

Typical positions use options expiring within 1–10 days. Depending on the opportunity, a trade may be directionally weighted or positioned with separate long calls and long puts to benefit from a substantial move in either direction when markets are volatile. We will sometimes go naked long or short, but when markets are uncertain, we will hedge.

WHAT SUBSCRIBERS RECEIVE
NEW TRADE ALERTS
Each alert clearly identifies the ticker, expiration date, call or put strikes, relative directional sizing, catalyst, and trade thesis.

Contract quantity is determined entirely by each subscriber based on their own account size and risk tolerance.

POSITION MONITORING
Open positions are reviewed from a fundamental and technical perspective. Updates focus on whether the original thesis has strengthened, weakened, changed, or been invalidated—not simply whether the position is temporarily profitable or unprofitable.

CATALYST AND CLOSING PLANS
Every position includes its intended catalyst and anticipated closing window. When calls and puts are used together, they are opened as separate positions but evaluated as one complete trade thesis.

Unless the thesis changes materially, the objective is to allow the position to play through its intended catalyst rather than scale out or manage each side independently.

COMPLETED-TRADE RESULTS
After a position is closed, subscribers receive the original call-and-put structure and the final percentage result for the complete position. Both profitable and unprofitable outcomes may be reported.

OUR PROCESS
  1. Identify a highly liquid underlying capable of producing meaningful movement.
  2. Determine whether the setup supports a directional position or a near-neutral call-and-put structure.
  3. Select liquid options with an expiration that properly covers the catalyst.
  4. Publish the complete thesis, positioning, major risks, expected move and intended closing window.
  5. Monitor whether the facts supporting the thesis remain valid.
  6. Close the complete position after the catalyst or earlier if the thesis is materially invalidated.

SAMPLE TRADE ALERT
GLD — Long Aug. 28 $425 Calls at full size and Long Aug. 28 $410 Puts at full size, opened as two separate positions and managed as one complete thesis to benefit from a decisive gold move surrounding inflation data and central-bank policy.
This example is provided solely to demonstrate the newsletter’s alert format. It is not a current recommendation or solicitation to trade GLD or any other security.

IMPORTANT LEGAL AND RISK DISCLOSURE

Nothing published through this website, newsletter, email, text message or related communication constitutes individualized investment advice, financial planning, portfolio management, a fiduciary service, an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy any security, option, futures contract, commodity interest or other financial instrument.

Newsletter content is not tailored to any subscriber’s financial circumstances, investment objectives, portfolio, tax position, experience or risk tolerance. ACL Family Office does not determine whether any trade is appropriate or suitable for a particular subscriber.

Subscribers make all investment decisions independently and remain solely responsible for their positions, order entry, contract quantity, execution price, brokerage costs, tax consequences and resulting profits or losses. ACL Family Office does not manage subscriber accounts, access subscriber funds, execute trades, exercise trading authority or provide one-on-one investment recommendations.

OPTIONS RISK
Options trading is speculative and involves substantial risk. Long options can decline rapidly because of changes in the underlying security, implied volatility and the passage of time. An option may expire worthless, resulting in the loss of the entire premium paid.

Positions involving both calls and puts are not guaranteed to produce a profit. A security may fail to move far enough to offset the combined premiums, time decay, volatility changes, commissions, fees and bid-ask spreads. A position may lose money even when the underlying security moves in the anticipated direction.

Short-dated options are especially volatile and may experience rapid or complete losses. Options are not appropriate for every investor. Subscribers should review the Options Clearing Corporation’s Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options and consult appropriately licensed financial, legal and tax professionals before trading.

PERFORMANCE DISCLOSURE
Past performance does not guarantee or predict future results. Any performance figure reflects a specific position under particular market conditions and should not be interpreted as representative of what any subscriber achieved or will achieve.

Actual subscriber results may differ materially because of execution timing, option pricing, liquidity, spreads, commissions, fees, contract selection, position sizing and account restrictions.

Any hypothetical, estimated, modeled or illustrative result has inherent limitations and does not represent actual trading. No representation or guarantee is made that any subscriber will achieve profits or avoid losses.

CONFLICTS AND INFORMATION
ACL Family Office and its principals may hold, enter, adjust or close positions in securities or options discussed in the newsletter. When applicable, these interests may create a conflict and should be considered before a subscriber independently decides to trade.

Information is obtained from sources believed to be reliable, but its accuracy, completeness and timeliness are not guaranteed. Market conditions can change without notice, and alerts may become outdated immediately after publication.

By subscribing, accessing the newsletter or acting upon its content, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these risks and that all trading decisions remain solely your responsibility.
